Our Managing Partner, Andros Lim focuses in mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, regulatory compliance & corporate governance. Andros earned his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Aberystwyth University in 2014, followed by an LL.M in 2015. He was called to the Bar in 2019, after a successful academic career as a law lecturer in private tertiary education institutions in Malaysia.
